Kari Sam Wuhrer born on April 28, 1968, is an American Actress and Singer. Wuhrer made her acting debut in her teens. Her most well-known role was as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as for her role as Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. Her siblings include three. In her teens, she sang in nightclubs and would sneak out of the house to sing. Kari Wuhrer was an American model, singer and actress. She began her acting career at the Wooster School at the age of 13 years old. Born on April 28 the 28th of April, 1967 in Brookfield Connecticut. She was born in the town of Brookfield, Connecticut on the 28th of April, 1967. Kari was born in the family that included four members. In her teens performing in nightclubs, she was able to make a name for herself when she would sneak away and take a break. Kari aged thirteen years old, was enrolled at the Wooster School and Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. She was also a student at Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College, Marymount Manhattan College college, and also the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where she had a teacher renowned for her work as Uta. Kari began her journey into acting at the age of 13 and got her first big break in 1987 on MTV Remote Control.
